From Compware,

Agile
HTML editor and the
Agile
ColorWeb.
Realm Graphics
They updated the site in several areas recently.
Their total count of images now is around 1700.
Their Realm Graphics page count is up to about 180;
they have 330 textures;
and about 130 buttons (their next update endeavor);
about 380 bullets;
the icon update put them up to 500+ icons;
lines have been updated to include about 350 images.
They've added some new "features" too.
They've added a monthly button set section that the viewers vote on
the next button set to be displayed.
They've added voting / rating for every
background in the archive. And they have a color code viewer for the
backgrounds as well...
this shows a variety of colored text with the color
code so you can see what colors work well on a particular background.
They have also added a whole new section called Design Sets.
These are complete graphical sets or themes for Web pages.
Creating High-Impact Documents (Netscape).
This document describes how to create high-impact documents for use
with the Netscape
Navigator and other browsers. The concentration is on features of the
Netscape Navigator that
allow document authors to significantly improve the user experience for
documents containing inlined
images. Compatibility issues with other browsers are also covered.
Graphics Formats for the World Wide Web (W3C).
The World-Wide Web is a multimedia information space.
This means that one of the design issues is dealing with
various data formats.
In addition to HTML and other textual formats, since the
widespread availability of NCSA Mosaic and other visual interfaces to
the web, more and more of the web's information is represented or
augmented with data in any number of popular graphics formats.
