The process by which a person buys a product or service is a long and complex one: people hear about available products, gather information about competing products, compare that information, make a decision about what to buy, and finally - oh, joy! - they click that order button. In previous articles, we've discussed several steps of the buying process, from the standpoint of an online merchant or an online marketer.
