The process by which a person buys a product or service is a
long and complex one: people hear about available products,
gather information about competing products, compare that
information, make a decision about what to buy, and finally -
oh, joy! - they click that order button. In previous
articles, we've discussed several steps of the buying
process, from the standpoint of an online merchant or an
online marketer. In this one, we're going to look at the
final step - actually placing an order.
