when it is posted to the distribution list. Individuals can become subscribers
to a distribution list simply by sending a formatted Email message to a specified
Email address for that distribution list. Subscribers can also easily remove
themselves from these lists.

messages to all members in the group either as they are posted or in batches once a day,

lists.
